Scheme I
1. User's technological conditions
Fuel: natural gas
Water supply conditions
Soft water temperature: 20 C, water temperature of deoxygenated water: 104 C
The condensate water intake accounts for 50 to 80% of the boiler running load, and the return water temperature is 80~90 C.
Requirement NOx is less than 30mg/Nm3
2, solutions
According to the user's process conditions, our company has designed such a system: the main exhaust port of the boiler is equipped with energy saver, air preheater, water supply preheater, chimney, and the burner adopts split hot air type ultra-low nitrogen burner.
The parameters are as follows: boiler design pressure: 1.25, 1.60, 2, 2.5MPa
Steam temperature: saturated or superheated steam.
The inlet temperature of the energy saver is 104 degrees centigrade, and the outlet temperature of the energy saver is 140 C.
Inlet air temperature of air preheater: 20 C, hot air outlet temperature: 83 C, outlet flue gas temperature: 85 C
The inlet temperature of the water heater is 20 C, the water volume is 20 to 50% of the load, and the outlet temperature is 65 C.
The exhaust temperature is less than 60 degrees.
