The main production processes of liquid dairy products are: raw milk acceptance, clean milk, refrigeration, preheating, homogeneous sterilization (or sterilization), cooling, aseptic filling (or maintenance of sterilization), fermentation, storage of finished products, etc., in which fermentation, disinfection, drying and other processes need steam, so it is inevitable to use steam boilers.
Sterilization and sterilization of liquid dairy products and fermentation of yoghurt are the main uses of boilers in dairy factories. Fermentation means that raw milk is fermented by lactic acid bacteria or lactic acid bacteria and yeast to produce acidic dairy products under the action of specific microorganisms.
