DHS corner tube gas fired boiler is a kind of boiler which uses a pipe system as the skeleton of the whole boiler. It bears all the load of the boiler by itself, so it also becomes a non-frame boiler. At the same time, this skeleton is also used as the descending tube and the upper and lower header of the boiler. The boiler drum is external type, the furnace is completely closed membrane wall structure, convection heating surface adopts flag tube structure. 1. The main heating surface of boiler is natural circulation, and the convection heating surface is forced circulation. The convection heating surface has a connection loop with the downcomer. When the power is cut off, the natural circulation circuit can be formed. Ensure boiler safety.
2. Because the boiler adopts the whole membrane water wall structure, the furnace part adopts the whole closed structure, which can maintain the continuous micro positive pressure combustion and reduce the heat loss. The boiler has enough output and high thermal efficiency.
3. The central symmetrical arrangement is adopted in the design of the combustor and the furnace to ensure the uniform heating of each heating surface and the safety of water circulation. Boilers under 46 MW are arranged in the center of the front wall of the furnace with single burner, and boilers above 58 MW are arranged in parallel with the front wall of the furnace with double burners.
