It plans to introduce environmentally friendly boilers using clean energy natural gas as fuel. After understanding their actual needs, ZOZEN tailored technical solutions for Damin Foods: four new sets of YQW series thermal fluid heaters of 5 million kcal were built. This series of gas-fired hot-fluid heaters have the characteristics of high temperature and low pressure. In the process of plant extraction, the sterilization process of plant concentrate is completed by high temperature steam, which fully meets the temperature requirement of Dagu food production line. The tail of the heater is also equipped with a waste heat recovery device. By recovering the waste heat of high temperature flue gas, the heat loss is greatly reduced, and the overall thermal efficiency of the heater is increased to more than 95%.
