Case introduction

Biodiesel which uses waste oil from the catering industry, scraps from oil mills and waste animal fats as its main raw materials, has a bright future. There is no difference between biodiesel and ordinary diesel in performance. As important thermal facilities, industrial boilers provide appropriate temperature for the production processes of biodiesel, such as sedimentation, esterification, decolorization and other reactions.

As a pilot enterprise of national circular economy standardization and a national high-tech enterprise, Tangshan Jinlihai Biodiesel Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jinlihai Group. It has three biodiesel production lines, with an annual processing capacity of 200,000 tons of drainage oil, 160,000tons of biodiesel and 40,000 tons of bio-heavy oil.
