Case introduction

Henan Youmai Food Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Baixiang Food Group. It was established in 2013. It mainly develops, produces and sells "Baixiang" and "Youmai" brand noodles. The drying technology of noodles generally includes high-temperature rapid drying, low-temperature slow drying and medium-temperature medium-speed drying.

Noodle drying is also the most investment and technology-intensive process in the whole production line, which has a very important relationship with product quality and production cost. The phenomena of crisp noodles, wet noodles and sour noodles in production are all caused by unreasonable drying equipment and technology. Therefore, Baixiang Food attaches great importance to the purchase of boiler equipment for Xinzheng Factory. In 2017, White Elephant Food ordered a 15-ton WNS series condensing gas steam boiler in ZOZEN through layer-by-layer screening. The front and rear smoke boxes of the boiler are filled with multi-layer aluminium silicate fibers, then insulated with high-temperature refractory mud to increase thermal resistance, effectively reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.
